Razorfish in New York is seeking a Search Supervisor to lead day-to-day paid search operations, mentor junior staff, and drive innovative campaigns using data-driven insights and AI tools. The role requires 4-5 years of SEM experience, GA and Google Ads expertise, SA360 familiarity, and strong leadership with client-facing skills.

This is a hybrid position with four in-office days per week and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of SEM experience with paid search strategies.
• Strong data analysis skills to derive actionable insights.
• Experience with audience segmentation and targeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• SA360 experience is required.
• Familiarity with LLMs and Python for marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Stay Informed on Best Practices: understand search landscape and industry standards.
• Guide Campaign Development: lead strategists in creating campaigns with data-driven insights.
• Innovate through AI-powered experiences: orchestrate AI agents to support daily operations.
• Oversee Budget Management: manage budgets to meet goals and improve ROI.
• Forecasting and Analysis: develop forecasting models for performance.
• Risk Management and QA: ensure campaign integrity using QA processes.
• Data-Driven Insights: identify opportunities to improve campaigns.
• Performance Reporting: prepare and present client reports.
• Strategic Planning: present quarterly strategy and test plans.
• Cultivate Partnerships: build relationships with partner platforms.
• Collaborate Across Departments: work with teams on holistic media planning.
• Mentor Junior Team Members: share knowledge and foster learning.
• Onboarding Support: guide new team members.
• Client Program Management: act as primary contact for daily management.
• Participate in Leadership Training: engage in internal management programs.
