Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC is seeking a Senior Specialist Paid Search (SEM) to own day-to-day management of high-volume Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, drive profitability, and architect scalable campaigns for a national inside sales ecosystem.

The role emphasizes performance metrics, onboard vendor systems, and close collaboration with analytics for accurate tracking. You will rebuild account structures, test bidding strategies, and leverage AI-powered features to maximize ROAS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience
• Experience creating, managing and optimizing local focused digital marketing campaigns
• Deep, current knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including newest campaign types and AI-powered features
• Experience vetting, piloting, and onboarding advertising or MarTech vendors
• Strong analytical skills: proficient in Excel and reporting tools, rigorous in test design
• Builder mentality: able to rebuild accounts and processes from a basic state to a sophisticated one

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads portfolios at high volume, targeting profitability, CPL, and CAC
• Rebuilding account structures, ad groups, keywords, and assets for modern demand capture
• Test and optimize bidding strategies with offline conversions to drive subscriptions
• Utilize latest Google/Microsoft capabilities (Performance Max, AI campaigns, Demand Gen)
• Coordinate with Local Services Ads and other vendor channels
• Forecast spend and ROAS with weekly reporting to leadership
• Ensure conversion tracking integrity with analytics and call tracking
