Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Senior Specialist Paid Search (SEM) to own day-to-day management of high-volume Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs. You will optimize campaigns against profitability targets and help rebuild account structures for AI-driven platforms.

This role reports to the marketing leadership and involves vendor evaluation, budget pacing, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in paid search, strong Excel skills, and experience with local-focused

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience with high-volume budgets.
• Experience managing local-focused digital marketing campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, incl. AI features.
• Experience vetting, piloting, and onboarding advertising or MarTech vendors.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; rigorous test design.
• Builder mentality to reconstruct accounts from basic to sophisticated.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads portfolios at high volume with profitability targets.
• Rebuild account structures, ad groups, keywords, and assets for modern platforms.
• Develop bidding strategies using smart bidding and offline conversion signals.
• Utilize latest Google/Microsoft capabilities (Performance Max, AI campaigns, etc.).
• Design and run structured tests; document outcomes and learnings.
• Evaluate and onboard vendors with clear recommendations to leadership.
• Forecast budgets and report weekly on spend, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
• Ensure conversion tracking integrity with analytics team, including call tracking.
