Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Senior Specialist Paid Search (SEM) to lead high-volume Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs, driving profitability targets, CPL, and CAC while adopting AI-powered trends.

You will rebuild account structures, optimize bidding with offline conversions, test new strategies and coordinate with vendors, with weekly reporting on spend, CPL, CAC, and ROAS. This hands-on role offers a clear growth path as the channel scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience with high-volume programs.
• Experience creating, managing, and optimizing local-focused digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience vetting, piloting, and onboarding advertising or MarTech vendors.
• Builder mentality; able to rebuild accounts and processes from basic state to advanced.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads portfolios targeting profitability, CPL, and CAC.
• Account architecture: rebuild campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and assets.
• Bidding strategy: smart bidding using offline conversion values.
• Leverage new capabilities like Performance Max and AI-powered search campaigns.
• Structured testing: bid strategy experiments, incrementality reads, and test documentation.
• Vendor evaluation: vet, pilot, and onboard advertising or MarTech vendors.
• Budget pacing and forecasting with weekly spend, CPL, CAC, and ROAS reporting.
• Ensure conversion tracking integrity with analytics, including call tracking.
