Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks an experienced paid search lead to own high‑volume Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs. You will rebuild structures, implement AI‑driven strategies, and coordinate with the analytics team to track CAC and ROAS, while onboarding new advertising vendors.

The role demands at least 4 years of hands‑on paid search and a builder mentality, with a focus on local campaigns and measurable performance. In‑office presence is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on paid search experience building and managing profitable, high‑volume programs.
• Experience creating, managing, and optimizing local focused digital marketing campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including new campaign types and AI features.
• Experience vetting, piloting, and onboarding advertising or MarTech vendors.
• Strong analytical skills: proficient in Excel and reporting tools; rigorous test design.
• A builder mentality: ability to reconstruct accounts and processes from base state.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day Google Ads and Microsoft Ads portfolios at high volume with profitability targets, CPL, and CAC.
• Rebuild account structures, ad groups, keywords, and assets to capture demand at scale.
• Develop bidding strategies using smart bidding and offline conversion data to optimize subscriptions.
• Experiment with new platform features (Performance Max, AI campaigns) and coordinate with Local Services Ads.
• Conduct structured testing and document win conditions for future scaling.
• Evaluate vendors and onboard advertising or MarTech partners with clear recommendations.
• Forecast budget pacing and provide weekly spend, CPL, CAC, and ROAS reporting.
• Ensure conversion tracking integrity with analytics, including call tracking and offline conversions.
