Delve Underground is seeking a Lead Business Development Manager to lead and grow a team of Seller-Doer coaches, develop the coaching program, and drive strategic pursuit outcomes. You will co-lead training, set standards, and work with senior leaders to ensure the firm’s most important business development investments deliver results.

The role combines coaching dominance with hands-on involvement in pursuit strategy, client meetings, and proposal reviews.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in AEC business development, marketing, or pursuit strategy, with demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, or team leadership.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; comfortable presenting to technical audiences and firm leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, communications, marketing, business, or a related field

Responsabilidades

• Set coaching standards, portfolio caseload sizing, and curriculum for the Seller-Doer coaching team.
• Co-lead training programs with senior coaches and leaders to drive growth.
• Coordinate with the Proposal team on timelines, strategy documents, and interview prep.
• Manage personal coaching portfolio and track outcomes with CRM.
