Delve Underground, a leader in underground and heavy civil engineering, seeks a Seller-Doer Coaching Lead to guide and build a team of coaches advancing client development and work winning across mega pursuits. You will model excellent coaching, co-lead training, and set standards and playbooks for the team.

In this player-coach role, you will also participate in pursuit strategy sessions, client meetings, and proposal reviews, while growing your own coaching portfolio and mentoring direct

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in AEC business development, marketing, or pursuit strategy.
• Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, or team leadership in mega pursuits.
• Deep knowledge of the AEC pursuit cycle, including go/no-go strategy and proposal development.

Responsabilités

• Set coaching standards and curriculum for the Seller-Doer coaching team.
• Lead and manage the coaching team and portfolio.
• Co-lead Seller-Doer training programs with the Director of Growth and CSO.
• Coordinate with Proposal team on timelines, pursuit strategy, and interview prep.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy with the team.
