Delve Underground seeks a Lead Business Development Manager (Seller-Doer Coaching Lead) to build and guide a team of coaches focused on developing seller-doers for client development and winning work. You will model coaching excellence, co-lead pursuit strategy, and participate in high-level client engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in AEC business development, marketing, or pursuit strategy.
• Proven coaching/mentoring or team leadership experience.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; comfortable presenting to technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set coaching standards and curriculum for the coaching team.
• Lead and develop the Seller-Doer coaching team and portfolio.
• Collaborate with CSO, Director of Growth, and Market Leads on strategy and pursuits.
• Co-lead training programs and support pursuit strategy sessions.
• Coaching and mentoring direct reports and tracking metrics in CRM.
