Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field required.
• Master's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the SPW operation and individuals to drive excellence in performance and talent development across functions with significant influence.
• Orchestrates, develops, and empowers multiple SPW field crews and leaders, ensuring their work aligns with project strategy and client objectives.
• Oversees cross-functional collaboration among self-perform project managers, internal teams, and trades, deploying SPW labor, equipment, and materials across multiple projects to maximize efficiency.
• Implements and audits safety, quality, and compliance programs specific to SPW operations, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
• Leads evaluation of SPW documentation, productivity metrics, cost reports, and incident trends to inform executive leadership and shape SPW direction.
• Represents SPW field teams in project or portfolio-wide status updates and risk assessments with executive leadership.
• Champions adoption of innovative construction technologies and processes within SPW operations.
