Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior SPW Project Leader to manage self-perform construction activities, lead SPW teams, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality targets. You will coordinate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to deliver complex projects safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial oversight, and proactive problem solving in a collaborative environment that values integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field; 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of SPW project personnel to achieve high performance and growth.
• Oversees end-to-end self-perform work scopes with SPW project teams, monitor progress and address escalated issues.
• Oversees procurement of SPW materials, equipment, and subcontractors to align with SPW work sequences.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders; applies SPW means and methods.
• Evaluates SPW project performance, identifies improvements, and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting, and forecasting to support financial control.
