DPR Construction seeks a Senior SPW Manager to lead Self-Perform Work across multiple projects, aligning SPW execution with evolving demands and ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery. You will drive enterprise‑level safety strategies, support cross‑functional collaboration, and optimize field operations with a focus on performance and accountability.

The role requires broad SPW experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record of delivering complex self‑perform scopes on schedule

Qualifications

• 7 years of SPW field engineering, construction management, or related experience.
• 2–4 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour completion within 6 months of hire required.
• ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.
• OSHA 510/500 or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SPW operations and drive performance and talent development across functions.
• Coordinate multiple SPW field crews and leaders with project strategy and client objectives.
• Optimize cross‑functional collaboration among SPW PMs, internal teams, and supporting trades.
• Implement and audit safety, quality and compliance programs for SPW operations.
• Lead evaluation of SPW documentation, productivity metrics, cost reports, and incident trends for leadership.
• Represent SPW field teams in project updates, risk assessments, and strategic opportunities with executives.
• Promote adoption of innovative construction technologies and SPW process improvements.
