Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7 years of SPW field engineering, construction management, or related field experience.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of SPW field personnel to achieve high performance.
• Oversees all on-site SPW field activities ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinates with SPW project managers, internal crews, and suppliers to schedule resources.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements for self-perform operations.
• Develops comprehensive plans for SPW scope alignment with budget and schedule.
