DPR Construction is seeking a Senior SPW Project Manager to lead self-perform construction teams and coordinate with subcontractors and partners to ensure project success.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality results while managing budgets, schedules, and risk across multiple SPW projects. A strong leadership presence and collaboration are essential to drive performance and growth within the team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction SPW project individuals to achieve exceptional performance and encourage talent development.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes by collaborating with SPW project teams, monitoring progress, and addressing escalated, complex issues to ensure timely completion.
• Oversees and approves procurement of SPW-specific materials, equipment, and specialty trade subcontractors as needed, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with SPW work sequences and field requirements.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders, leveraging advanced knowledge in SPW means and methods.
• Evaluates SPW project performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews comprehensive SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference, while actively managing project costs and forecasting to support financial control and informed decision-making.
