Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced SPW Delivery Lead to oversee self-perform operations across multiple projects, managing scope, schedule, cost and quality to DPR standards of safety and excellence.

You will mentor SPW teams (PMs, engineers, and superintendents), coordinate with design and GC teams, review budgets and procurement strategies, and drive continuous improvement and best practices in SPW delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10–12 years of construction operations, project management, or field supervision.
• 5+ years of SPW project or trades such as concrete, drywall, or framing.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; OSHA 30 within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPW project execution from preconstruction through closeout, meeting scope, schedule, and cost goals.
• Plan resources and manage costs to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Mentor SPW teams including PMs, engineers, and superintendents.
• Coordinate SPW scopes with design and GC teams to resolve challenges.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and procurement strategies for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality programs through site engagement.
• Regularly assess processes to improve performance.
• Develop and enforce best practices to strengthen SPW operations.
