Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced SPW leader to manage Self-Perform Work scope field crews, ensuring safe, high-quality, on-schedule project execution. The role drives productivity, collaborates with project leaders, and reinforces client relationships.

You will guide SPW teams and trade partners, maintain regulatory adherence, and deliver projects that meet DPR’s standards of excellence and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7 years of experience in SPW field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction preferred; OSHA 30‑Hour Program Completion within 6 months of hire is required.
• ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.
• OSHA 510/500 or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of SPW field individuals.
• Oversee on-site SPW field activities ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with SPW project managers, crews, and suppliers to schedule resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for SPW operations.
• Review and approve daily SPW field documentation and reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to SPW leadership.
• Develop comprehensive plans for completing SPW scope aligned with budget and schedule.
