Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior SPW Project Manager to oversee self-perform work across multiple scopes and teams, ensuring delivery aligns with safety, quality, and schedule targets. You will lead planning, budgeting, and cross‑functional coordination to drive performance on large-scale projects.

You will mentor project teams, manage client relations, and continuously seek process improvements while upholding DPR’s standards and values on every site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in construction operations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads SPW project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversees planning, resource allocation, and cost management to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Mentors SPW project teams, including project managers, engineers, and superintendents.
• Coordinates SPW scopes with design and general contracting teams to resolve challenges.
• Reviews budgets, forecasts, and procurement strategies for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Ensures adherence to safety and quality programs through site engagement and monitoring.
• Regularly assesses processes to improve performance and develops best practices.
