Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and complete small projects.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and install security systems while maintaining detailed service reports and ensuring customer satisfaction. Local travel and a clean driving record are required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5-7 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Experience with Milestone/Genetec CCTV is required.
• Intrusion experience with DMP or Bosch is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining security systems.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Install projects and support customers to ensure high-quality service.
