Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and assist with small projects. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, problem solving, and growth within a dynamic team culture.

You will diagnose and repair security and fire-related systems, travel to local job sites, and contribute to detailed service reports for accurate invoicing and cost tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine customer service calls, scheduled maintenance, and emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems for routine problems.
• Install projects as necessary and complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Use troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
