Qualifications

• Experience servicing, integrating and programming access control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
• Knowledge of fire alarm or electronic security systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, perform maintenance and after-hours support.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and replace defective parts in systems.
• Complete accurate service reports and assist with small projects.
