Convergint Technologies LLC is looking for a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers by responding to service calls, performing maintenance programs, and assisting with small projects. You will join a dynamic team that grows as Convergint grows.

You’ll need a strong customer focus and solid experience with fire alarm and electronic security systems, plus good troubleshooting and repair skills. Local travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with access control systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine service calls and maintenance work in a timely manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts for security systems.
• Install projects and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Complete accurate service reports and support customer needs.
