Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service existing customers, respond to service calls, and support small projects. You will grow with a dynamic team while upholding our values and delivering world-class service.

Required are experience with fire alarm and electronic security systems, strong troubleshooting, and a valid driver’s license. Local travel and after-hours calls may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, integration and programming of access control systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair security and alarm systems.
• Strong customer-focused service mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install security systems and components.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
