The role requires strong technical skills in fire alarm and electronic security systems, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication. Local travel is expected with some overnight trips possible.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; work experience preferred.
• Candidates should have strong technical foundation in security systems.
• Experience with service, installation and programming of access control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform maintenance on systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts.
• Install projects and complete service reports promptly.
• Travel locally to job sites on a regular basis; some overnight travel may be required.
