Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support customers, respond to service calls, and assist with small projects. You’ll join a dynamic team and grow with the company while upholding our 20-year culture and values.

You will diagnose and repair security systems, perform preventative maintenance, and integrate small projects. Travel locally to job sites is required, with a valid driver’s license and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must have a background servicing, installing, and programming access control systems.
• Strong customer-focused, able to work under pressure.
• Solid technical and troubleshooting skills for security systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, maintenance, and after-hours requests in a timely manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts or systems.
• Install projects and support custom integrations as needed.
• Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
