Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers by responding to service calls, maintenance and small projects. You will work within a collaborative team that values initiative and accountability.

You should bring strong customer focus and experience with fire alarm or electronic security systems, plus good troubleshooting, effective communication, and a valid driver's license to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Experience with fire alarm or electronic security systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls; diagnose and repair issues.
• Install projects and complete accurate service reports for invoicing.
• Travel locally to job sites as needed and maintain customer satisfaction.
