Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC seeks a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and assist with small projects. You will be part of a dynamic team that values growth and a strong, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and willingness to learn security systems.
• 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to travel locally to jobsites regularly.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with CCTV/Access control systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and emergency service calls in a timely manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and upgrade systems.
• Install projects and perform maintenance on installed Security systems.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-train on new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
