Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician in the United States, New York area. You will service existing customers, respond to calls, and support small projects while upholding Convergint’s culture and values. Qualifications

Experience with servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems is required.
Solid technical skills related to fire alarm and electronic security systems.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls, scheduled maintenance, and after-hours calls.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts; install projects as needed.
Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
