Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and manage small projects. You will work as part of a dynamic team that supports growth and excellence in security systems.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Relevant field service experience preferred: CCTV, access control.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine service calls, maintenance and emergency calls; diagnose, repair, replace defective parts, and install projects as needed.
• Complete accurate and detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Provide system integrations, upgrades planning, system audits, and support for installed security projects.
