Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years servicing, integrating, and programming video, alarm and access control systems. Avigilon experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and routine maintenance.
• Install projects and support existing customers with security systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and software.
• Prepare detailed service reports and ensure safety compliance.
