Job summary

EY is seeking a Service Manager for the STS Lab at the Assistant Director level to own the lab's service catalog, intake, and roadmap. You will manage the budget, coordinate with security SMEs, and ensure governance across Azure subscriptions and tool licensing.

You will lead governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications while driving alignment with IAM, Defender XDR, Sentinel, Purview, and Zscaler to support EY’s global cybersecurity platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Service Management, Product Management, Program Management, or Security Engineering leadership roles.
• Single accountable owner for a technology service, platform, or engineering program including budget, roadmap, and reporting.
• Experience designing and managing intake and prioritization processes in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong financial governance: budget tracking, cost allocation, funding requests, variance reporting.
• Experience delivering executive dashboards on service health, roadmap status, and financials.
• Familiarity with Azure services and subscription cost governance as a governance owner.

Responsibilities

• Own STS Lab service catalog as product owner; define, maintain, and communicate scope and value to stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end intake for lab requests; apply prioritization frameworks against capacity and strategy.
• Develop and maintain the STS Lab roadmap across engineering, tooling, and operations.
• Manage lab budget: track spend, allocate costs across Azure subscriptions and tooling licenses, report health to leadership.
• Design and deliver regular lab performance and roadmap reports for governance bodies.
• Serve as primary escalation path for lab issues and align priorities across teams.
• Establish lab operating cadence: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, stakeholder briefings.
• Coordinate vendor engagements during evaluations and POC phases; manage SLAs and procurement obligations.
• Collaborate with IAM, Defender/Sentinel, Purview, and Endpoint SMEs to meet governance needs.
