Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to guide customers toward secure configurations and healthy security postures. The role demands strong cybersecurity knowledge, customer-facing communication, and collaboration with internal teams.

You will assess environments, propose remediation, and coordinate with support to resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. A US-based security background and AI-aware approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity-focused role.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in technology and/or cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
• Experience with threat detection and incident response.
• Familiarity with AI technologies to enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer Falcon environment for alignment with CrowdStrike Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve the customer's security posture.
• Create remediation plans for CrowdStrike components to enhance security.
• Directly contact customers when misalignment with standards is identified.
• Document, update, and resolve customer issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide service reports and statistics as requested.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
