Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor. This role focuses on the overall health and security posture of Falcon Complete customers, guiding them toward secure experiences with a blend of technical and customer-management skills.

Under leadership, you will perform daily tasks to ensure CrowdStrike can stop breaches, collaborating with internal teams, handling remediation, and documenting outcomes for customers. Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity focused role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS, ISC2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer’s Falcon environment and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide Falcon Complete customers with recommendations that align to improved security.
• Create and recommend remediation for CrowdStrike products to improve security posture.
• Contact customers directly when misalignment with Falcon Complete standards is identified.
• Document, update, and resolve all customer-related issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide customers with service reports and stats as requested.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support team to troubleshoot and coordinate efforts to resolve technical issues.
