CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to guide customers toward secure experiences with CrowdStrike’s Falcon Complete.

The role emphasizes technical, security, and customer-management skills to stop breaches and improve overall security posture remotely for Falcon Complete customers. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cybersecurity, strong communication, and proficiency across Windows, Linux, and macOS, plus relevant certifications.

Formación

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity focused role.
• Customer empathy and ability to guide customers towards desired outcomes.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Proficient with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Experience or knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as SANS, ISC2 or equivalent.
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflow efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer environments and align with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture.
• Create and remediate components of CrowdStrike products for better security.
• Contact customers when misalignment with standards is identified.
• Document, update, and resolve all customer-related issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide service reports and statistics as requested.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support to troubleshoot and coordinate issue resolution.
