Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a motivated Associate Analyst for the Endpoint Protection Team to protect customers from advanced threats. You will triage alerts, communicate findings, and support remediation across dense, AI-powered security environments.

The role emphasizes developing processes for faster incident response, collaborating with customers, and growing technical and communication skills in a remote-capable setting.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, or a related field.
• Applicants without a degree but with relevant work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, concise communications to customers as the first point of contact.
• Provide written and verbal findings, recommendations, and telemetry to customers and internal teams.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoint, identity, email, and cloud environments.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, log sources, and artifacts to determine scope of compromise and support remediation.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity (BEC/AITM), contain threats, and guide customers.
• Improve incident detection processes and countermeasure execution.
