Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Certifications from SANS, ISC2 or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor Falcon Complete health and security posture.
• Provide recommendations aligning to CrowdStrike standards.
• Remediate components to improve security posture.
• Document issues and SLAs; generate service reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with support to resolve technical issues.
