CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to guide customers toward a secure, compliant environment. You will assess environments, recommend improvements, and coordinate remediation with internal teams to maintain a strong security posture.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cybersecurity, strong communication skills, and experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS. US citizenship or a green card is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity focused role.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology/Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as SANS or ISC2 are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess customers' Falcon environment and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide customers with recommendations to improve security.
• Create remediations for components to enhance security posture.
• Contact customers when misalignment is identified.
• Document and resolve all customer issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop service reports and stats for customers.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
