Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Senior SDR (cold caller) to join our GTM team in a fully remote U.S. role. You will generate new opportunities through high-volume cold outreach targeting engineering leaders, with an emphasis on rapid conversations and queueing qualified opportunities.

The role demands 5–6 hours of dialing per day and targets 25–40 conversations daily on 165–180 dials. Competitive OTE includes base, commission, and equity, with benefits and remote setup provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cold calling experience, ideally in B2B sales.
• Bachelor's or Associates degree, or at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Based in the USA; no citizen sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling heavy role with 25–40 live conversations per day on 165–180 dials.
• Complete conversations and activations to assess timing and fit.
• Book meetings and turn initial contacts into scheduled calls.
• Follow up with not-now contacts to nurture opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to test messaging and improve outreach.
• Maintain clean notes of activities and outcomes for team visibility.
