Confidential is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive US market outbound sales in a phone-based role. The position supports remote or hybrid working from our Bristol office, with US-friendly hours and a focus on high-quality conversations with senior decision-makers.

You'll target five B2B clients monthly, aim for 20+ SQMs, and work alongside an AI-powered platform to accelerate pipelines. The base salary ranges 30k–45k with uncapped commission (OTE 50k–60k).

Qualifications

• Experience in a phone-based sales role, ideally with US market exposure.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and uncover pain points.
• Comfort with a target-driven, pipeline-centric role.

Responsibilities

• Book and complete Sales Qualified Meetings; target 20+ SQMs per month.
• Run a disciplined pipeline; track prospects and follow up on time.
• Partner with clients; provide regular feedback and adapt strategy.
• Make every call count; drive conversations toward value and outcomes.
