Job summary

OffDeal, a YC-backed AI startup in the finance space, seeks a Sr. SDR in New York City to drive top-of-funnel outbound. You will be part of an early GTM team and work in a high-velocity environment with coaching and daily performance feedback.

Expect 5-6 hours of calling daily, 25–40 live conversations, 165–180 dials, and progression toward a Jr. AE role. Competitive comp plan includes commissions and bonuses with substantial upside.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or 2+ years of work experience.
• Strong cold-calling and sales outreach skills.
• Ability to learn product messaging and translate into conversations.
• Excellent verbal communication and coachability.

Responsibilities

• 5-6 hours of calling per day.
• 25–40 live conversations per day with 165–180 dials per day.
• Book meetings and turn initial contacts into opportunities.
• Follow up with contacts and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing to test messaging.
