OpenSesame seeks a Sales Development Manager to lead an AI-enhanced outbound SDR team across the US. You’ll scale outbound, mentor talent, and blend automation with authentic outreach to drive pipeline growth.

You’ll work with Marketing, Enablement, RevOps and Partners to implement data-driven playbooks, coach with Gong/ZoomInfo and create high-quality, consistent messaging.

This remote-first role offers a base salary and OTE with comprehensive benefits across a nationwide US team.
