Payscale is a remote-first employer with nationwide opportunities. The Senior Sales Development Representative will partner with Account Executives to generate quality opportunities, qualify leads, and craft targeted outreach across enterprise accounts.

Training begins in Buffalo, NY during Month 1, with ongoing development and leadership opportunities as you grow in the role. You'll work from home with flexible collaboration, using Salesforce and Outreach to manage pipeline, while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in sales incl. lead generation, inside sales, and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as Outreach/Salesloft, Highspot.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop quality opportunities within enterprise organizations.
• Qualify leads by understanding prospects' needs and addressing them.
• Prospect into accounts using messaging via email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Achieve monthly pipeline goals set by sales management.
