Job summary

Cognota is seeking a Senior SDR for a remote, Canada-based preferred role. You will own outbound pipeline generation, hit quota, and work with the CRO and Enterprise SDRs. You’ll coach peers, shape the SDR playbook, and partner with Marketing and AEs to optimize pipeline quality.

You’ll report to the CRO and help elevate the team while maintaining a high-velocity outbound approach. This senior IC role emphasizes leadership without formal management, with a clear path to broader impact in growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS with outbound quota attainment.
• Strong outbound craft and account-based approach.
• Ability to coach peers and contribute to playbook development.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Data-centric mindset to diagnose funnel issues and improve metrics.
• Must carry quota and stay results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own a personal pipeline-generation quota for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Execute multi-channel outbound including email, LinkedIn, calls, and video with personalization.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to land target accounts and build pipeline.
• Utilize Salesforce, Gong, and other tools; provide feedback to improve processes.
• Set standards for new SDRs and serve as a reference on best practices.
• Mentor peers, help onboard new SDRs, and contribute to playbook iterations.
