Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an expert Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams with a strong focus on Dynamics/CRM capabilities. The role partners with teams from idea to delivery to improve effectiveness, transparency, and continuous improvement.

The position is remote-based with routine on-site collaboration. Qualified candidates should reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area to commute to the Inver Grove Heights, MN office as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in IT/Business.
7+ years in Agile, product, or technology delivery including Scrum Master/Agile coach roles.
Experience facilitating delivery in complex, matrixed environments.
Ability to improve delivery flow, transparency, and team effectiveness.
Experience identifying cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
Experience supporting portfolio planning and cross-team coordination.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum ceremonies and drive delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams.
Coach teams, Product Owners, and partners on Agile and product-delivery practices.
Guide backlog readiness, planning, and definition of done.
Provide delivery visibility, dashboards, and health reporting using Azure DevOps and collaboration tools.
Collaborate with Tech Delivery peers to align plans with milestones and dependencies.
Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery partners to strengthen Agile practices.
