Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an expert Scrum Master to lead Go-to-Market delivery with a focus on Dynamics/CRM. You will partner across teams to improve delivery transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes coaching, removing impediments, and building trust in complex environments.

This remote-based position requires routine on-site collaboration; candidates must reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area to commute to Inver Grove Heights as needed.

Qualifications

7+ years in Agile, product, or technology delivery including Scrum Master/Agile coaching roles.
Experience facilitating delivery practices in complex, matrixed environments.
Ability to improve delivery flow, transparency, and team effectiveness.
Experience identifying cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.

Responsibilities

Facilitate team cadences, planning, refinement, and retrospectives to improve value delivery.
Coach Product Owners and teams on Agile practices and delivery efficiency.
Manage backlogs, definitions of ready/done, and feedback loops.
Provide delivery health reporting and communicate risks to stakeholders.
