Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an expert Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams, focusing on Dynamics/CRM capabilities. You will facilitate team ceremonies, coach Product Owners, and improve clarity, flow, and outcomes across complex environments.

You will partner with teams to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and provide data-driven delivery insights. The role requires residence in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area for on-site collaboration with a remote-based model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years delivering Agile or technology initiatives including Scrum Master/Agile coach roles.
• Experience facilitating delivery practices and coaching teams and stakeholders in complex environments.
• Ability to improve delivery flow, predictability, transparency, and team effectiveness.
• Experience identifying cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Experience supporting portfolio planning, quarterly planning, capacity planning, and cross-team coordination.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team cadences and planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile and product-delivery practices.
• Guide backlog readiness, work breakdown, and definitions of ready/done.
• Foster a high-trust environment and promote self-management.
• Provide delivery visibility, dashboards, and risk reporting.
• Support release planning, readiness, and major-incident response.
• Mentor peers to strengthen Agile and product-delivery capability.
