CHS Inc. is seeking an expert Scrum Master to lead delivery across Go-to-Market product teams with a strong focus on Dynamics/CRM capabilities. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach Product Owners, and improve transparency, flow, and predictability, using data to tell the story of delivery progress.

This is a remote-based role with routine on-site collaboration. Qualified candidates must reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area to commute to the Inver Grove Heights office as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile, product, or technology delivery, including Scrum Master/Agile/coach roles.
• Experience facilitating delivery practices and coaching teams and stakeholders in complex environments.
• Ability to improve delivery flow, predictability, transparency, and team effectiveness.
• Experience identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, impediments, and constraints.
• Experience supporting portfolio planning, including quarterly planning, capacity planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.

• Facilitate team cadences and working sessions (planning, refinement, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile practices to improve collaboration and time-to-value.
• Guide backlog readiness, work breakdown, definitions of ready/done, and feedback loops.
• Foster a high-trust environment and enable self-management within delivery playbooks.
