Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an expert level Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams, focusing on Dynamics/CRM capabilities. The role partners with teams from idea to delivery to improve transparency, flow, and outcomes, acting as a coach and change agent.

The position is remote-based with routine on-site collaboration; candidates must reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area to commute to the Inver Grove Heights office as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile, product, or technology delivery, including Scrum Master/Agile coaching roles.
• Experience facilitating delivery practices and coaching teams and stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Ability to improve delivery flow, predictability, transparency, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Experience identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, impediments, and constraints.
• Ability to use delivery data and team insights to identify improvement opportunities and guide action.
• Experience supporting portfolio planning, including quarterly planning, capacity planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team cadences and working sessions including planning, refinement, daily coordination, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and partners on Agile and product-delivery practices to improve collaboration and flow.
• Guide backlog readiness, work breakdown, definitions of ready/done, and feedback loops.
• Foster a high-trust environment and help teams self-manage within delivery guidance and playbooks.
• Provide visibility into planned and in-progress work, risks, dependencies, and capacity.
• Create and improve delivery health reporting, dashboards, and visual management using Azure DevOps and Miro.
• Align team plans with portfolio priorities and governance; support release planning and major-incident responses.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and practitioners; share reusable delivery practices across teams.
