CHS Inc. is seeking an expert level Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams, focusing on Dynamics/CRM capabilities. The role partners with teams from idea to delivery to improve team effectiveness, transparency, and continuous improvement.

This is a remote-based position with routine on-site collaboration. Qualified candidates must reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area to commute to the Inver Grove Heights, MN corporate office as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Agile, product, or technology delivery with Scrum Master/Agile coaching experience.
• Experience facilitating delivery practices in complex, matrixed environments.
• Ability to improve delivery flow, transparency, and team effectiveness.
• Experience identifying cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Experience with portfolio planning and cross-team coordination.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team cadences and sessions including planning, refinement, daily coordination, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile practices to improve collaboration and value delivery.
• Guide backlog readiness, definitions of ready and done, and feedback loops.
• Create delivery health reporting and dashboards using Azure DevOps, Miro, and MS tools.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and escalation as needed.
• Support release planning and quarterly planning routines.
