Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an expert Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams with a focus on Dynamics/CRM capabilities. The role partners with teams from idea to delivery to improve team effectiveness and delivery transparency.

It requires residence in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area for on-site collaboration, with remote work options. Responsibilities include facilitating cadences, coaching on Agile practices, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Business or related field
• 7+ years in Agile, product, or technology delivery including Scrum Master or Agile coaching
• Experience facilitating delivery and coaching teams in complex, matrixed environments
• Ability to improve delivery flow, transparency, and team effectiveness
• Experience identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies, risks and impediments
• Experience supporting portfolio planning, including quarterly planning and dependency management
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills for technical and nontechnical audiences

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team cadences and planning, refinement, daily coordination, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and partners on Agile and product-delivery practices
• Guide backlog readiness, work breakdown, definitions of ready and done, and feedback loops
• Foster a high-trust environment and empower teams to self-manage within delivery guidance
• Provide visibility into planned/in-progress work, risks, dependencies, capacity
• Create and improve delivery health reporting and dashboards using Azure DevOps, Miro, and MS tools
• Establish meaningful success measures (OKRs, Sprint Goals, quarterly commitments)
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, impediments, and systemic barriers
• Communicate delivery status to technical and nontechnical partners
• Partner on release planning, readiness, deployment, and post-release learning
• Coach and influence across technology delivery across teams or communities of practice
