Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an expert Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams with a focus on Dynamics/CRM. The role partners with teams from idea to delivery to improve collaboration, transparency, and outcomes.

This remote-based position requires routine on-site collaboration and residence in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area to commute to Inver Grove Heights, MN as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience facilitating delivery practices in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong facilitation and communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead team delivery and continuous improvement across go-to-market products.
• Provide delivery transparency with dashboards and reporting; manage risks and dependencies.
• Coach teams and stakeholders to strengthen agile and product-delivery practices.
