Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering software in Agile environments.
• Experience as Scrum Master, Agile coach, or delivery-lead in complex, matrixed teams.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery cadences, planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile and product-delivery practices.
• Ensure transparency into risks, dependencies, and delivery health.
